A note on wellbeing

Everything on these websites is offered for reflection, education and personal growth. It is not medical, psychological, nutritional, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care. Astrology, tarot and the symbolic traditions explored here are presented as mirrors for self-knowledge, never as prediction. If you are struggling, please speak to your GP or a qualified professional; in the UK, Samaritans are available any time on 116 123.
