What is Conscious, Subconscious and the SuperConscious?

Updated: Jun 2, 2024

It's important to discern the various terms used to describe the mind and its distinct levels of operation.

1. The Conscious Mind:
The conscious mind comprises thoughts and memories that you are aware of and can remember. This aspect represents roughly 5% of our overall mind.

2. The Subconscious Mind:
Also known as the unconscious mind, this is where all memories, beliefs, and emotions recorded since conception are stored. The beliefs housed in the subconscious mind govern 95% of our daily behaviors and thoughts. It operates in the background, shaping our responses and actions.

3. The SuperConscious Mind - Innate Wisdom:
The SuperConscious mind is a superior aspect with access to both the conscious and subconscious mind. It has the ability to locate any memories and, when instructed, neutralize or heal them. The SuperConscious can initiate self-healing processes within the mind and brain.
