Frequently Asked Questions

What is Superconscious?
It is the most sophisticated , the most powerful technology in existence . The Superconscious Mind is a part of you, ready to serve through your intention and willingness. It possesses an intimate knowledge of you, encompassing every detail from the beginning of times to your conception and through to the present day. The Superconscious is the aspect of our consciousness that accesses both our conscious and subconscious minds. Unaffected by trauma, it has the ability to neutralize traumatic memories.
What is the MAP Method useful for?
Phobias Negative memories, both conscious and unconscious Memories of stressful experiences Emotional states such as sadness, fear, and anger Anxiety, frustration, and overwhelm Limiting beliefs Self-sabotaging behaviors Negative thinking and automatic patterns Fear of judgments or failure Automatic reactions to life situations Difficulty setting and keeping boundaries Perfectionism Difficulties with forgiveness Emotional eating Body image and confidence issues Known and unknown blockages that feel real but may not be consciously aware
Is MAP similar to hypnotherapy or hypnosis?
The MAP Method operates through the reconsolidation process to permanently neutralize long-term traumatic memories. Unlike hypnotherapy, there is no induction to induce a deep trance state. Clients remain in a normal, relaxed frame of mind and are fully present throughout the session. For instance, you can choose to open or close your eyes at will. In one-on-one sessions, clients engage in two-way communication with the therapist as needed. Instructions during MAP sessions are focused on the process itself, such as finding and neutralizing memories, rather than specific outcomes like relaxation or behavior change. These instructions are distinct from those used in traditional hypnotic sessions, as they prioritize the systematic treatment of memories without directing or influencing the client in any way. MAP offers a gentle invitation for the mind to heal itself. Clients immediately respond to this invitation as their subconscious begins identifying and rewiring memories autonomously.
Can the MAP Method address unconscious memories recorded in the body?
With MAP, we delve into the depths of the subconscious, including preverbal and prenatal memories, cellular memories, organs, endocrines, brain areas, and generational history. By tapping into the wisdom of the body and mind, we invite the Superconscious to search, identify, and heal memories that have become disconnected from the whole. One unique MAP procedure functions much like a "google search" of the client's entire history, including generational lineage. Through this association process, similar and connected unconscious events, including the original event of a pattern, are located simultaneously. This enables the treatment of multiple events as a cohesive package, addressing the entire network of thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and body memories at once. Moreover, this "google search" often leads to the discovery of the original traumatic event that initiated the pattern. Neutralizing this core event allows for the comprehensive resolution of the life pattern. This approach not only saves time but also enhances the effectiveness of each session. Without neutralizing the core event, patterns may persist, making it crucial to address them comprehensively.
How is MAP different from other methods such as NLP, EMDR, or EFT?
While NLP, EMDR, and EFT are effective treatments, they often focus on specific events or traumas, which can evoke strong emotional reactions. In contrast, MAP is typically very gentle, with emotions lasting only 3-5 minutes and followed by a profound sense of peace. With MAP, clients don't need to focus on traumatic memories, delve into details, or even share them with the practitioner. This is advantageous as it prevents re-traumatization from reliving every detail. Once a memory is revealed or recalled, the Superconscious automatically identifies and neutralizes all necessary memories in detail. In MAP, clients aren't required to follow instructions, visualize, imagine, or take any actions to achieve results. Unlike Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, there's no need for active participation or conscious decision-making, as the unconscious mind operates faster and independently. Furthermore, while other modalities address single memories, MAP can efficiently neutralize "batches" of memories simultaneously. This is because our brain stores memories with similar associated emotions together, allowing MAP to work on all related memories concurrently.
What if I don't experience any sensations during the session, and how can I tell if the process is effective?
There is nothing interferes with the connection between you and your Superconscious mind. There's no need for you to actively participate; simply trust in the divine connection you share and remain open and receptive. Surrender to the process and allow it to unfold naturally. Whether guided by a group or individual session, your subconscious, a powerful force, independently discerns how to address necessary memories and instigate their evolution. While the session combines relaxation with active engagement, the subconscious mind takes the lead, delving into deep-seated memories at the core of your experiences, thoughts, and emotions. Even after the session concludes, your Superconscious continues its work. With consistent practice over the following weeks, you'll begin to recognize and appreciate how your Superconscious collaborates with you.
Why am I not offering one-on-one coaching MAP Sessions?
While individual sessions can be incredibly beneficial for addressing specific and deeply ingrained issues, the MAP modality itself provides a wide array of benefits. Unless you have a very specific concern that requires personalized interaction, you may find that participating in group sessions offers significant value. Throughout my experience, I've observed that the most profound shifts often occur through regular, repetitive engagement, such as weekly group sessions. My aim is to deliver the highest quality service while ensuring affordability and accessibility for all participants. My vision is for each individual to achieve their desired outcomes and become self-sufficient in utilizing the innate power of their Superconscious mind to navigate life's challenges. If this approach has worked for me, I believe it can work for everyone else as well. Engaging in group sessions over a period of 3, 6, or 9 months can yield remarkable results, both in terms of cost-effectiveness and transformative outcomes. It's a truly enriching and empowering experience that I encourage you to explore.
What if the subject of the session isn't what I had in mind?
You have the power to guide the direction of the session by bringing your own subject to the forefront. Your intention plays a pivotal role in shaping the outcome. It's important to understand that while I communicate with your Superconscious mind, I don't exert influence over you or your Superconscious. The commands I provide during the session are tailored to address your specific needs and concerns. Remember, every aspect of our lives is interconnected by memories, and MAP is uniquely designed to work with these memories to facilitate healing and transformation. Trust in the process and trust in your own intentions to guide the session towards the outcomes you desire.
I still don't fully understand. Will this work for me?
It's natural to have doubts or uncertainties, but rest assured, the vast majority of participants experience positive shifts and transformations through MAP sessions—less than 2% don't see any change. However, this might be due to deep-seated psychological issues or a strong conviction that the method won't work, which can hinder progress. Our minds are indeed powerful, and while we may not fully comprehend how everything works, many find comfort and benefit in the process. Trust that your Superconscious will always work for your highest good, never against you. I can assure you that MAP is a safe and gentle method designed to facilitate healing and positive change.
What if I don't feel any change after a session?
Some sessions "feel" more impactful than others. Keep in mind, at the end of each session, I instruct your Superconscious to continue tagging and neutralizing memories between MAP sessions. Therefore, your Superconscious is always at work, whether you realize it or not. The sessions are cumulative; the more you engage, the more you will feel and release. Many people report that issues just fall away, even those they didn’t directly work on. For example, you might notice that you no longer react or feel irritated in certain situations. The road rage is gone. You may notice changes during the session, right after the session, or in the following days.
Distinguishing Between MAP Session and Subliminal MAP Session
A typical MAP Session lasts 45-60 minutes and is often deeply focused. For those participating in weekly Group MAP Sessions, I recommend revisiting the session at least once more between meetings. Each week, a new topic is presented for exploration. In contrast, Subliminal MAP Sessions are shorter in duration and are designed to be listened to daily. As you're not consciously engaged, these sessions are processed more effortlessly, both physically and emotionally. In fact, one Subliminal MAP Session equates to approximately 13-15 hours of regular MAP Session.
